Return Policy & Shipping Information
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that mistakes happen when you can’t try the garments on before buying. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer returns for store credit within 14 days of package delivery for full-priced items ONLY.
We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, return your merchandise as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products. Then you can purchase a new size IF the item is still available. Sorry but our items sellout fast and we can not always reorder.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the customer receiving the order.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including our price tags, attached.
- Any products marked ‘FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
- Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned: Cami/bras, earings
Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.
- We do our best to make sure you get your order as quickly as possible, and all online orders will be packed and shipped in 1-3 business days.
- Moody Blues Jean Boutique is NOT responsible for any packages lost or stolen that are confirmed shipped and delivered by the post office (USPS Shipping).
